Refund Policy

At Insurance Coverage Plans, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair process for premium collections, policy cancellations, and refunds. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding refunds.
1. Cooling-Off Period
Most of our insurance policies include a standard 14-day "cooling-off" period. If you decide that the policy does not meet your needs within the first 14 days of the start date (or the date you receive your policy documents, whichever is later), you are entitled to a full refund of any premium paid, provided that no claims have been filed and no incidents likely to result in a claim have occurred during this period.
2. Cancellations After the Cooling-Off Period
If you choose to cancel your policy after the initial 14-day cooling-off period, you may still be entitled to a refund of the "unearned premium." This is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period of the policy. Please note:
- A nominal administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.
- Refunds are typically not available if a total loss claim has been paid out under the policy.
- Some specialized policies may have specific cancellation terms which will be clearly stated in your policy document.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit your cancellation request in writing via email to support@Insurance Coverage Plans.online or through our contact form.
- Include your policy number and the reason for cancellation.
- Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank account).
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation approval.
4. Policy Non-Renewal
If you choose not to renew your policy at the end of its term, no refund of premium is applicable as the coverage has been fully provided for the duration of the policy.
